@note156 word, imo… Luda’s the hottest rapper who’s still relevant in the mainstream (other than Eminem). Immortal Technique might have lyrics for days but he can’t flow for shit and his music just makes me angry. If i listened to that shit when i was high i’d walk around with a frown on my face for the rest of the day.
Lyrics don’t make you a dope emcee…there is much more to being a rapper then being just lyrical…Nobody is saying the dude doesn’t have songs. But his flow…delivery….and tone are all repetitive and drawn out…Luda doesn’t always talk about bitches and money and is actually rather universal…while Tech stays one dimensional with his social views.Onyx and Nas arn’t underground…neither was Ras Kass at one point…I feel you on what you like…but i think your cutting luda short on skill
@note156 it’s your opinion and i respect it but i’m not agree:immortal technique is one of the mst lyrical rappers ever just listen to the song “Dance with the devil”or”Point of No Return”. Ludacris always talks about bitches and money apart in some songs like this one.I prefer underground rappers who talk about social issues like Canibus,Jedi Mind Tricks,Nas,Onyx,Ras Kass etc
lol Immortal technique needs to really learn how to rap…Mos Def is cool but only has 2 good solo albums….and Elzhi has one solo (Pretty dope)…and joined the group during the decline of the groups work Trinity and Detroit Deli…Its pretty logical to put Luda ahead of these guys with all things considered….I’m not laughing at your logic…just at Immortal Technique…
